When dealing with a chronic disease of any kind, I think it is really important to have certain tools in place. You need a great support system. You also need a great doctor or medical professional. If your medical professional is just “okay,” look for another one. There are doctors out there that are really invested in finding the best, individualized treatments, medicines, supplements, therapies, procedures, etc. to minimize the effects and/or symptoms that come with a chronic disease.
Searching for the RIGHT doctor is not always easy but definitely worth the effort.
Another great tool you can use to help you deal with the challenges that come with having a chronic disease is finding a hobbie that distracts you. I realize some days nothing will help; however, when you do have a day where your symptoms are somewhat better, take advantage of that time and do something that takes your mind off of your nagging symptoms. Try walking or some low impact exercise. Call or FaceTime a friend or family member. Read a book or watch a movie.
One of my hobbies is creating my own graphics. The software I use Microsoft PowerPoint. The software allows you to use shapes, colors, shading and so much more to produce unique, one-of-a-kind graphics. I will be posting a series of graphics that I created. I hope you enjoy these posts!
Here goes. I hope you can tell what this object is.
