Happy New Year 2023!

Wishing you and all of your loved ones health and happiness in the new year. I want to thank all of you for supporting my blog. I hope to provide you with more valuable information in 2023 – stay tuned.

Happy New Year from my family to yours!

Just for a bit of fun – As the Year of the Tiger comes to an end and the Year of the Rabbit begins, we can expect an abrupt change of pace as we say goodbye to the roaring tiger and hello to the milder rabbit. The Year of the Rabbit 2023 is expected to be a time of professional success and advancement. Luck may be on your side, and you may find that you can accomplish your goals more easily. The Years of the Rabbit include 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023. The sign of Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace and prosperity, and 2023 is predicted to be a year of hope.

Pictured below are my two daughters. My 17 year old is wearing the blue cap, and my 22 (soon-to-be 23) year old is wearing the red cap. I often write about finding ways to help deal with chronic diseases like Interstitital Cystitis (IC). My support system is my number one method for managing the challenges of this disease. My family is there for me when I need them. Also, being a dad is “hands down” the most rewarding part of my life. There are tough times in life, but there are also great things too!
