Message BLAST 10: Blog Update

Periodically, I will post “Message BLASTS.”  A Message BLAST is a brief post containing information that I want to quickly deliver to you.

I renewed my blog subscription for another year!  Thank you for supporting my blog.  I hope to continue to provide information and support to people diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (IC) and/or any other chronic illness.

My goal for this new subscription year is to increase reader participation.  By sharing our successes and failures we have when dealing with this disease, we all learn something for one another!  Additionally, I want to know how IC is treated in countries across the world.  I have readers from North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia.  Some places may have better treatments, procedures, medications, therapies, etc.  We need to help and support each other.  I hope in the near future this disease becomes a thing of the past.

If you are interested in anything in particular, please let me know and I will try and post on that topic.
