As I have mentioned before, I try and find distractions as a means of dealing with Interstitial Cystitis (IC). It is difficult to do especially when I am in a flare up. One of my favorite distractions is creating graphics. I use Microsoft PowerPoint to make my graphics. I created the turkey graphic below. I hope you like it. Happy Thanksgiving!
