Periodically, I will post “Message BLASTS.” A Message BLAST is a short post containing information that I want to quickly get out.
I plan to post new content once a week. More than likely I will be posting on the weekend. Please make sure to visit my site frequently and tell your friends especially those who are suffering from IC. Also, comments are welcomed.
Here are a few of the topics I would like to cover in the coming weeks:
- Hydrogen Peroxide – I have noticed that a lot of YouTubers are talking about the curative properties of hydrogen peroxide. I want to research and find out if there are any possible benefits that would positively impact IC symptoms.
- Guest Writers – I plan to have guest writers covering a variety of health-related topics that might interest readers.
- Helpful Websites – I also plan to post a list of websites that I find informative about IC, especially new research and treatments.
- Detailed History – I want to document all of the medicines and treatments I have had as an IC patient. I will give you my thoughts on what worked, and what was a waste of time and money.
